Scheme of Community Development Through Polytechnics (CDTP)

The CDTP Scheme is sponsored by Govt. of India (MHRD). The Main Object of the Scheme is to impart skill development training to the rural youths in the need assessed areas apart from Technical and Support Services, Awareness camps etc.The preferred target groups are the poor and deprived sections of the society in both urban and rural areas specifically women, SC/ST/OBC/minorities, School dropouts, Street Children, physically handicapped and economically weaker section of the society. No fee is charged from the trainees under this Scheme and there is no restriction of age and qualification for the trainees.
